Interview Process
- The first round of interviews will be held in February 2025, once all applications have been compiled. Our staff will reach out to all eligible candidates to schedule a date and time for an interview that will be conducted in person.
- A Group Process interview will be held in mid- to late February 2025, somewhat different compared to past years. Instead of a weekend-long program for all candidates, we will arrange 3-4 dates during weeknights when candidates may sign up for a date/time that best fits their schedule and will participate in a shorter activity with a randomized part of the applicant group. These activities are created to better understand how candidates may work in a team setting or as a leader of a small group.
Housing Selection
Candidates will receive information on the status of their application prior to Housing Selection. Candidates should still plan to participate in the housing selection process until the point of hire (we suggest having a "plan A" in case you don't get the position and a "plan B" if you do, for the sake of coordinating with your friends).
